Great to see an upgrade of MediaWiki, 1.10 was getting old. 1.10 to 1.16 seems quite a big jump, good luck with that :) As for the semantic thing, I've always wondered how using it felt like, so it will be nice to have it here. As for ComfirmEdit, I found that QuestyCaptchas are very efficient, super-easy to install (doesn't require TeX or Python things), and Google-free (unlike ReCaptcha). I suggest installing [[mw:Extension:CSS MenuSidebar]]. See [[mw:Extension talk:CSS MenuSidebar#MediaWiki version 1.16.x]] for 1.16.x version. --[[User:Timeshifter|Timeshifter]] 23:57, 26 April 2011 (PDT) |

I'd suggest installing SimpleAntiSpam extension, too; it's a simple extension that catches plenty of stupid spambots. It's also used on all Wikimedia Foundation sites.
It'd probably be a good idea to upgrade to MediaWiki 1.16.2 instead of 1.16.0 since the former's the newest version of MediaWiki as of now. ;-) --Jack Phoenix 12:41, 10 April 2011 (PDT)
- already mentioned this to the big fella on IRC...an upgrade would probably solve most problems...and give the wiki a brand new look and feel...--Comets 13:44, 10 April 2011 (PDT)

I suggest installing mw:Extension:CSS MenuSidebar. See mw:Extension talk:CSS MenuSidebar#MediaWiki version 1.16.x for 1.16.x version. --Timeshifter 23:57, 26 April 2011 (PDT)
