Welcoming is a good part of building community on a wiki. It helps to show that RealPeople are here and willing to work together. This is one of the most important things that folks at the Denmark WikiSym session on WikiOhana was. We were trying to figure out how to hold on to WikiValues in the exploding space of wikis.
