	Welcoming is a good part of building community on a [[wiki]]. It helps to show that [[RealPeople]] are here and willing to work together. We were trying to figure out how to hold on to [[WikiValues]] in the exploding space of wikis.		Welcoming is a good part of building community on a [[wiki]].
