A German court based a decision partly on arguments collected by Esowatch [http://www.rechtsprechung.saarland.de/cgi-bin/rechtsprechung/document.py?Gericht=sl&nr=2993]. Further, data from Esowatch was used in an inquiry in the Austrian parliament [http://www.parlament.gv.at/PAKT/VHG/XXIV/J/J_06639/fnameorig_197085.html].
