:As per [[User talk:MarvelZuvembie#Inactive|a discussion I had with Mark Dilley]], I believe the preferred practice here is not to delete the record, but rather to mark it as inactive by using the {{Template|Inactive}} template. If the other wikis that died with ElWiki have had their entries here at WikiIndex deleted, we should probably restore them and mark them as inactive. As per a discussion I had with Mark Dilley, I believe the preferred practice here is not to delete the record, but rather to mark it as inactive by using the {{Inactive}} template. If the other wikis that died with ElWiki have had their entries here at WikiIndex deleted, we should probably restore them and mark them as inactive.
