The Gumstix™ motherboards can be as small as a stick of chewing gum, yet powerful enough to run Linux. The Gumstix Inc company also sells Gumstix electronic expansion boards, as well as giving away 'open-source hardware' information on how to design new expansion boards.
The official Gumstix Support Wiki, also known as GumstixDocsWiki, found at docwiki.Gumstix.org, is for customers using build root! Customers using Gumstix OpenEmbedded should go to http://Gumstix.net and the related user wiki.
Gumstix users share their knowledge about Gumstix hardware technology, and the open source software that runs on it, showcase their Gumstix-based projects, and pass on links to other sources of information and materials. This information was entirely user generated and supported.
