Wikimapia wiki is the unofficial wiki site for Wikimapia, also stylised WikiMapia, an editable interactive map. The goal of Wikimapia is to create and maintain a free, complete, multilingual, up-to-date map of the whole world.

This particular wiki site is an unofficial platform to aid map editors; the official wiki site is Wikimapia (docs). The content on the wiki has no license, whereas the actual Wikimapia map content is released under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike.[1]
