archive.is, officially known as archive.today – webpage capture, found at its URL archive.is (and also available at archive.li and archive.md), is a privately funded web archiving service website from Europe. It was previously known as Webpage archive (oddly formerly at archive.today, which now redirects to either archive.fo or archive.ph).
archive.is is similar to the WaybackMachine from the Internet Archive at Archive.org. However, archive.is differs from Archive.org, in that within its archives of saved pages, it does not provide active follow-on 'in-page' live links (URLs and / or wikilinks). Furthermore, archive.is claims that "Saved pages will have no active elements and no scripts, so they keep you safe as they cannot have any popups or malware!"
