Welcome to WikiIndex. To add a page to a category, you edit the wiki you want to add to it and write [[Category:CategoryName]], where CategoryName should be what you want to add the page to. So, if you want to add your MarkMayhew wiki to the category, you edit it and write [[Category:Wikis to add]] at the bottom.
