I have not really been anywhere all day, as in come back here at home. : I assumed it was for the old series of commercials called "Never Say No to a Panda" (often referred to as "Angry Panda") but apparently those weren't a thing until 2010 and this page was made in 2006. Please, explain what is the Angry Panda in this article.

I assumed it was for the old series of commercials called "Never Say No to a Panda" (often referred to as "Angry Panda") but apparently those weren't a thing until 2010 and this page was made in 2006.
