This site is for supporting and promoting Open Leaders. It was set up by the Minciu Sodas online community. Minciu Sodas is Lithuanian and means "orchard of thought". Here is a place helping to turn good thoughts into reality and manifestation. And here is some explanation why we think OpenLeader is a good idea.
