Hello and Welcome to WikiIndex. Looks like Alberta Directory is not a wiki and is subject to being deleted. Please let us know if that is not the case. Cheers! the folks at WikiIndex. — preceding unsigned comment added by 98.246.8.245 (talk) – 09:19, 18 January 2012 (UTC).
- On the contrary it is intended to be a drupal based wiki for Alberta, Canada. We emphasize the directory so we can grow the user base, but as you will see from the key pages and content categories we are building and policing it as an informational wiki of the area. The challenge as I'm sure you know is to get people interested in editing, the best way to do this we find is to give them an incentive (in this case add their organization). From there it branches out into the organizations and regions they are associated with, and eventually the more rich and specific content will follow. We are developing an auto keyword glossary that will help us build a nice relational spiderweb of Alberta.
- I logged in to add notes about the development progress but see that your community isn't all that interested in it. Dextech 21:49, 6 February 2012 (PST)
