Socialtext is available as a free 30 day trial. After that you pay. How much, is not clear,[1] but it's far from free ('enterprise' prices). They also provide hosted wiki service at https://www.Socialtext.net which costs $495 for one year for five users.
Some of the 'Socialtext Workspace' product is based on code from the Kwiki wiki engine.
