Template:Wiki Engine WikkaWiki is a free and open source light-weight, mature and stable wiki engine. It is compiled in PHP, forked from WakkaWiki, and released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). WikkaWiki requires MySQL (only) for its data-storage, and will run on any operating system. WikkaWiki is not suitable as an engine for a wiki farm.[why?][clarify please]
