The Web 2.0 Awards, published by SEOmoz, were annual awards of recognition of various categories and types of software and / or websites for their compliance with the Web 2.0 standards. First created in 2006, they were significant within the wikisphere due to one of the award categories being 'Wikis (Hosted)' (renamed 'Hosted Wikis' from 2007).
