If you don't see an option that you would like to pursue, click the edit tab on the top of the page and add a new path to the page. Then you get to write in your own adventure for the hero. 
 
The site rates stories in 5 different categories:
 
#Kid Stories: for all ages
#Normal Stories: FOR 10+
#R-Rated Stories: Content normally found in R-rated movies, no adult content
#Adult Stories: FOR 18+, No limits to content. This category contains stories like "Smutty Sex Romp"
#No One Should Read These: hidden at the bottom of the page, for 21+
 
The most popular stories tend to be the adult themed ones.
