Wowpedia is the main and largest information resource about World of Warcraft (WoW) and the Warcraft universe.

It is considered a fork of Wikia hosted WoWWiki, after Wikia forced a skin change on an unapproving userbase. The skin change broke much of the old site's navigation, and the vast majority of WoWWiki users have transferred over to Wowpedia.

In December 2014, Wowpedia moved to Curse's Gamepedia.com. Gamepedia was subsequently acquired by Wikia, now Fandom, in 2018, bringing Wowpedia back under Fandom after eight years.
