rework contents and English to your taste :-)

Wikis have their privacy level and privacy policies. We could make WikiIndex better adding some information about wiki (and web) privacy in common and in special.

This discussion started at Category talk:Active administrators of this wiki#Request for admin intervention - we found (most of us) the idea of placing a warning into each wiki article would be not so good. I think a new criterion for WikiIndex can be the missing loophole. --Wolf | talk 02:49, 30 June 2009 (EDT)
