Wikicare, formerly known as the Care2x Documentation wiki, contains all documentation and information for the Care2x open source hospital information system. The wiki, which fundamentally focuses on Information Technology for hospital-based healthcare systems, runs on MediaWiki with a custom skin designed by Paul Gu.

The actual Care2x software is open source, and can be downloaded from Sourceforge.
