Wikicare, formerly known as the Care2x Documentation wiki, contains all documentation and information for the Care2x open source hospital information system. The wiki site, which fundamentally focuses on information technology for hospital-based healthcare systems, runs on MediaWiki with a custom skin designed by Paul Gu called GuMax.

The actual Care2x software is open source, and can be downloaded from Sourceforge.
