:'''Guidelines''' I have always argued that a large part of the problem is that we don't have many guidelines. I don't like rules generally but if we don't have any kind of documentation to appeal to, someone can always say, "But I didn't know I couldn't do this". (Even if the infraction is pretty obvious social etiquette.) I think that we should be more explicit about what is expected and then when it's transgressed, it's easier to point out ''how'' and ''why'' there would be some consequence.
