I was not present at the birth of WikiIndex, so an not sure what all went into the creation of the first [[StructuredData]] template. I have seen us tweak that to add a field and take away two. Probably the best way to go about adding more info to the Wiki articles is to work on the largest and/or most influential Wikis first, although I would assume that many editors will spend much of their time editing the articles on thoses Wikis they are most familar with, or are Wikis on topics that they are most interested in.
