I really like the change to initially tag with Wikis to add.  This means it gets an automatic review even if it has structured data already.  I'm not so sure about the category first additional piece.  Will people follow this example and link to categories with the colon instead of including the page in the categories?  I kind of like the fact that first additional can be used as a cleanup category and we can review all new entries that end up there.
