SKYbrary is an electronic repository of safety knowledge that is related to flight operations, air traffic management (ATM), and aviation safety in general. It is also a portal, a common entry point, that enables users to access the safety data that is made available on the websites of various aviation organizations - regulators, service providers, industry.

The objective of the SKYbrary website is to facilitate wide dissemination and exchange of aviation safety information to and between aviation professionals, in order to raise their awareness of aviation safety related issues. SKYbrary is owned and managed by the European Organization for Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL). The SKYbrary concept is based primarily upon a database of aviation safety information presented in articles of uniformity and style defined by EUROCONTROL, which are organized according to aviation safety related topics.
