The extension ParserFunctions needs MediaWiki > 1.6.8. We have MediaWiki Version 1.6.5 installed for WikiIndex. Thats why some of the parser functions do not work, like #expr and #ifexpr produce only error messages.
#if, #ifexist seem to do good work...
