: That said, Mediawiki has some really cool features that I think will be useful to use. Notice how [[MarkDilley]] and [[User: MarkDilley]] are two different pages? One is an article and the other is a user. I believe it'll be cleaner to not have any people in the article namespace, the space that you want to be full of wikis. When you make a comment that you'd like signed, you don't have to link to anything, you can just type 4 tildes, and it'll expand out with the datestamp and a link to your user page. Hello, I am new to MediaWiki and so am introducing a bit more WikiWay to it. I enjoy the space! :-)
I began SwitchWiki several years. The orginal description is over at MeatBall, and the first iteration of it, a flat 26 alphabetical list, resides at WorldWideWiki.
I met Ray and John at WikiSym last year and we vibed on this project. I am extremly excited about this project for I see it as a stepping stone to continued SelfOrganization.
The idea of a wiki of wikis is recursive to me. Thus I am thinking and working on PhpWiki and Wikicities as examples of the ideas I am trying to groke.
