Hmmmmm . . . I always thought that 'MediaWiki' was the 'software' used for various individual wiki sites, which was hosted on 'MediaWiki.org' – and that MediaWiki was 'owned' by the [[Wikimedia Foundation]]. This article looks like it is implying that MediaWiki is just another wiki site (and this entry is not doing a very good job of differentiating between the two). Confusing . . .
Hmmmmm . . . I always thought that 'MediaWiki' was the 'software' used for various individual wiki sites, which was hosted on 'MediaWiki.org' – and that MediaWiki was 'owned' by the Wikimedia Foundation. This article looks like it is implying that MediaWiki is just another wiki site (and this entry is not doing a very good job of differentiating between the two). I think we need more clarity and disambiguation here! Hoof Hearted 03:30, 28 September 2011 (PDT)
