Description

FruWiki is a frugality wiki, created as place to collect and sharing tips on saving money and using resources wisely.

It appears to be the first wiki on the subject of frugality, or at least the first of substantial size. Since its launch on April 7th, 2008, it has grown exponentially thanks to volunteer contributors.

While many topics are covered, some examples include:

  • Saving money on bills
  • Water and energy conservation
  • Ways to find things for free
  • How to have a low-cost, but classy wedding
  • How to repurpose items around the house
