Template:TOCright This template needs to be synched with Template:NewWiki boilerplate as there is some fancy transclusion going on...somewhere.

description heading

The boilerplate we're using as a description heading. You seem to be deleting it on the wikis you're adding. Is that intentional? Could you please drop a note at Template talk:Wiki Boilerplate about this? Perhaps it needs changing? Thanks!

Why do we need the description heading? I think that it is obvious that an article about a wiki has a descripion of it. What else you are going to write there? Tristram Shandy 18:07, 8 Mar 2006 (EST)

Actually I think this is a good question... do we keep description. The best thing it is for is the edit button next to the template box, while not showing the crud under the hood. Can we do that some other way? Maybe make it a wiki specific byline?

syncronize

This needs to stay syncronized with Template:NewWiki boilerplate unless we ditch one of them. TedErnst | talk 15:14, 22 May 2006 (EDT)

If WikiIndex:Community portal's "Create a New Wiki Page" button uses Template:NewWiki boilerplate, then I say delete Template:Wiki Boilerplate. --EarthFurst 17:53, 16 September 2009 (EDT)
Template:NewWiki boilerplate updated, the better (since easiest-to-understand) order is size, stats URL, wikiFactor, wF URL like in the resulting box. --Wolf | talk 04:28, 17 September 2009 (EDT)
...the best would be to reduce the new-wiki templates to only one. I didn't check the conditions in depth. Regards --Wolf | talk 04:31, 17 September 2009 (EDT)
