WikiLeaks contains articles written in many languages. Unlike say Wikipedia, all language versions are merely sub-pages, rather than sub-domains, eg:

For a short period after it launched, WikiLeaks allowed submissions and actual editing from users but it quickly changed to being read-only for non-members and closed registration to invite-only. Although it runs MediaWiki and includes "wiki" in the name, it is no longer a wiki community.

Due to massive amounts of traffic and likely cyber-espionage, WikiLeaks is frequently down and several mirrors exist across the Web, in addition to actively seeded torrents of its content.
