Name

I spent a long time on this one trying to figure out the name. I went with Community Wiki because that's how it's mostly portrayed. I can also agree with those that say it should be just "Community." The real question then comes in disambiguation, because even those that use the wiki might think of it either way. So even if we change the name here to Community, we'll still need the entry at Community Wiki to be a disambiguation page, since confusion is likely common here.
