WikiIndex:People pages

Peoples Pages are one major chapter of WikiIndex like WikiIndex:Wiki Pages because wikis are done by Wiki People. Peoples Pages are different from WikiIndex:User Pages in so far Peoples Pages are about people who are contributing to the wikisphere anywhere. User Pages at WikiIndex belong to the local accounts that use a pseudonym. Else a People's page is what is appropriate. To keep the functionality of the User namespace, we keep the talk page there and do a simple redirect.
