Village pump

A "village pump" is any page, or set of pages, used by a wiki community to discuss their technical issues, policies, and operations, to give community news, and to ask for help. The name "village pump" comes from the English Wikipedia, but many wikis use an alternate name. "Community Portal" or "Cafe" is also a common title for this.
