WikiCODOPN was a project (started May 2007) that will use proposed legislation that is described in House Bill H.R. 808 as a blueprint, and attempt to create a model of a 'Regional Office' of the DoPN for the Rocky Mountain region.
Because interpersonal attacks are now allegedly costing the U.S. over 300 billion dollars annually (according to research by the World Health Organization), the proposed Department of Peace and Nonviolence (at a cost of $8-10 billion) will only need to reduce levels of domestic abuse by 3% to provide a net benefit to U.S. citizens.
