Description
Dhamma Wiki is an online Theravada Buddhist Encyclopedia. It is primarily a Theravada encyclopedia, but includes important information from the other schools of Buddhism too.
Milestones
- October 1, 2008: Dr. David N. Snyder established Dhamma Wiki.
- November 2008: Over 1,000 articles
- January 2009: Over 5,000 articles
- February 2009: Dhamma Wiki becomes the largest and most visited Theravada Buddhist encyclopedia.
- October 2009: First anniversary of Dhamma Wiki and there are over One MILLION page views.
- January 2010: Over 2 MILLION page views
- October 2010: Over 5 MILLION page views
- November 2010: Over 10,000 articles
- November 2010: Dhamma Wheel ( http://www.dhammawheel.com/ ), the online Theravada Buddhist forum and discussion for Dhamma Wiki reaches over 100,000 posts.
