Bridgeopedia is a Referata-hosted wiki that specializes in bridges. It appears to be specializing in bridges in New York City, and perhaps a few other areas. Little more is known at this time.
One thing that is known is that an account is required to contribute, yet direct account creation is disabled. Users must request an account in order to gain access to editing features.
During the spring of 2017, the following site notice appeared:
Due to technical issues, Bridgeopedia will be closing its doors as of March 26th, 2017. Unfortunately, it has been deemed unfeasible to try and repair the technical damage. The site will be left in its current state as a preservation, but editing and account creation will be permanently locked. Bridgeopedia has been a good run, and we are sad to see it end. Thank you for all who have helped it grow to its current point.
Since the addition of the sitenotice, the wiki database has been locked to account creations and editing, thus making further contributions impossible.
