Category:CGI — in computing, CGI is the common acronym for Common Gateway Interface. The Common Gateway Interface is an agreement between HTTP server implementors about how to integrate such gateway scripts and programs. CGI is typically used in conjunction with HTML forms to build database applications. Historically, CGI scripts were often written using the C language.
