Darcs is an advanced revision control system (RCS) (aka version control), and is yet another replacement for CVS. It is written in Haskell, and has been used on Linux, Mac OS X, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, and Microsoft Windows. Darcs includes a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) script, which can be used to view the contents of your repository. Darcs is a member of the Software Freedom Conservancy.
Darcs was formerly running on the MoinMoin wiki engine until 2007, but is now running on darcsit, also known as gitit.
