WikiIndex:ToDo - Are we declaring spammed wikis as inactive? Maybe more appropriately we should label them HoneyPots for spam? MarkDilley

I believe that is one of the criteria. I don't remember if it is the sole criteria. No, it shares it with dusty wiki. Rethinking it as I was flying through RandomPage - it is kinda noise to run into them... also to run into inactives... thinking about using the namespace Inactive:FooWiki to pull them out. I think I saw Ray King move a spammed wiki to inactive, that right Ray? MarkDilley
