This shouldn't surprise you, but we're a company that's in the midst of writing, rewriting, and editing our future. For now, though, here's the quick rundown on what we're all about.

First, you might be wondering about our name. It comes from that irresistible urge all of us have to touch a surface any time we see a "Wet Paint" sign. It's a name, then, that speaks to curiosity, getting involved, and messing around (even if just a little bit) with convention and order.

Now, for some facts about our company: Wetpaint powers website that maximize the power of collective thinking. The heart of the Wetpaint advantage is its ability to allow people - especially those without technical skill to create, contribute, and connect with websites written for and by those who share a passion or interest. Wetpaint was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square. The company is backed by Trinity Ventures and Frazier Technology Ventures.
