Celiac Resources is a Wikia about the autoimmune disease celiac which affects approximately 0.5% of the population. The wiki will cover information that celiacs need to exchange such as which restaurants are accommodating of celiac, which dishes are good, how to attend social events where you can't eat any of the food, and so on. The site lets you add restaurants and links to list of restaurants.
