Vinismo is a project to create a free, complete, up-to-date, and reliable guide of all wines in the world. It uses the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5 (Canada) license to keep the input of its users free.
The site includes articles about wine regions, wineries, wine grapes, and individual wines and vintages.
Vinismo was launched on July 24, 2007, simultaneously in English and French.
