If a wiki appears to be down and unable to be connected to, place this into the wiki text

{{Down|timestamp}}

Then the page will be automatically listed in the Category:Possibly discontinued wikis.
(A timestamp is automatically generated when you place five tilde chars for it: ~~~~~)
