Where does one draw the line between dormant and active? There are some wikis with not much activity other than a continual battle against spam. They keep the spam down but don't accomplish much else. This chart has no middle ground between dormant and active, though; there are a lot of wikis with low, but greater than zero, activity. ::That makes sense, although the description may need to be broadened because "functional but empty, or over-run by spam" doesn't really cover those situations in which the wiki has content, is kept free of spam, but has only a small amount of (but greater than zero) other constructive edits.
