+So I went to [[WikiIndex:Add a Wiki]] and used the "Step 2 - Create the Wiki page" to get to Special:FormEdit/Wiki/NAME-OF-WIKI and Special:FormEdit's "WikiNode URL:" says "If your wiki does not have a completed node page, please type 'No'.", BUT if I leave answer as "No" I get an error of "must have the correct URL format, starting with "http"".
