+Basicly I like to see this as the development of another community feature. I also do not like the TalkPage of the [[WikiIndex:Community portal|Community portal]] to be cluttered with 'endless discussions'. That does not give a positive impression to a newcomer. And most of these discussions got to get to the talk pages of the topics they are about. Also they are mostly not about community. That would free that Community-TalkPage for community matters.
