I found two wikis with technical problems. (See [[JurisPedia (nl)|here]] ("Broken DB") and [[JurisPedia (en)|here]] ("Time out on loading").) In my opinion, there is no suitable category for them. It is neither "functional" ("[[:Category:NeedsLove|NeedsLove]]") nor "[[:Category:Dormant|dormant]]" nor "[[:Category:Spammed|spammed]]".
