Lietuvai.lt is a Citizendium-like form of Lithuanian Wikipedia with more or less the same differences as between Wikipedia and Citizendium. Lietuvai.lt requires real name registration, evaluating the editors real world competence and assigning the relevant editing area. Most of the project members are also current and previous members or even administrators of Lithuanian Wikipedia project.
