call for a tighter defintion

I'd like to see a much clearer and tighter definition to this category. OK, on the Category:Vibrant page, it gives four 'definitions', two of which are purely subjective and down to the individual editors best judgement – and I'm perfectly happy with those. However, the other two are ripe for giving a much stricter definition, namely

  • has significant content — I would like to see a specific number for this (as it stands, that existing statement is very 'wooly' and open to a wide scope of interpretation). I propose that this should mean the wiki site has 5,000 pages or more (yes, I know that there is probably already a category for that – but this 'Vibrant' category is looking accross four differing requirements!)
  • has a high volume of traffic — again another wooly statement. I would like to see this changed to something like has a high volume of constructive editing – so say, more than 50 edits per 24 hours (and these edits should be soley constructive, and not include reverts, edit wars, nor spam deletion). As it currently stands, 'traffic' could feasably mean 'number of page views', and I don't see how this can accurately be assessed with a snapshot from current wiki engine software stats, hence the need to change it to 'editing'.

Discuss please . . . regards, Hoof Hearted 04:16, 28 September 2011 (PDT)

OK - no discussion/complaints/concerns - so I've been bold and updated :/ Hoof Heartedtalk2HH 09:24, 5 September 2012 (PDT)
