Wikevent (or perhaps WikEvent) was a project to create a worldwide, Free (as in "free speech") [dead link] calendar of public events like concerts, lectures, parties, classes, sporting events, and every other sort of public event which you can think of.
As of 2013, no wiki exists, and the Internet Archive WaybackMachine at Archive.org fails to find any evidence of such a wiki!
